Why can't I save changes on the Organization page?

Typical causes: the required Organization name* is empty, you’ve hit a network/session issue, or you don’t have
permission to edit org settings. Check fields, connectivity, and your access.
Prerequisites
1. Be signed in
2. Be on Settings > Organization
Steps
1. Ensure Organization name* is filled.
2. If you’re changing them, select Country and Timezone.
3. Click Save changes.
4. If saving fails, refresh the page, sign in again, and retry steps 1–3.
5. If it still won’t save, ask your organization admin to verify your permissions and check for system issues.

1. Clicking “Save changes” does nothing
