Steps

Click 'Share' to open the 'Share documentation' modal.
Modal shows 'People with access'. -
Find the teammate in the 'People with access' list and click the role dropdown (for example the visible 'Member' dropdown).
Role options are visible. -
Select the desired role (Admin, Member, Owner) and click 'Save'.
Role is updated in the list.
Troubleshooting
- Cannot assign a role (option disabled or not present).
LikelyCause: Your account may not have permission to assign certain roles (Owner role often restricted).
Action: Ask the current Owner/Admin to assign the role for you.
Note: The modal shows current roles next to each person (Admin, Member, Owner) to help avoid accidental privilege changes.
