Why is the 'Generate documentation' button disabled?

Short Answer: It’s disabled when required selections are missing (no repo/branch or no files selected) or when balance is insufficient.

Prerequisites

  1. Connected GitHub account and selected repository/branch

Steps

  1. Check that 'GitHub account *', *'Repository ' and *'Branch ' are selected.
    All three fields are populated.

  2. Ensure at least one file is selected or an appropriate file filter is applied.
    The selection summary shows a non-zero file count.

  3. If the selection and repo are correct, verify your balance; attempt to generate and address any 'Low balance' modal.
    Either generation proceeds or a top-up dialog appears.

Troubleshooting

  1. Button remains disabled after making selections.
    LikelyCause: A required field didn’t register or there’s a UI glitch.
    Action: Re-select the repository/branch and files, refresh the page, then try again.
