How do I generate documentation for all files in the repository?

Steps

1. Open 'Choose files to document' and select 'All files in the repository'.
   All repository files are listed/selected.

2. Review the bottom summary to confirm the total files and 'Estimated cost'.
   You see the file count and cost estimate.

3. Click 'Generate documentation'.
   Generation starts or 'Low balance' modal appears if balance is insufficient.
