How do I create an Everdone account from an invite and join the organization?

Open the invite and follow the link to the Join {Org} on Everdone page. Enter First name*, Last name*, and a Password* (8+ characters), then click Create account & join.

Prerequisites

1. An active invitation link from your email

2. A password that meets the minimum requirement (8+ characters)

Steps

1. Click Accept invitation in the email (or paste the full invite URL into your browser).

2. On the Join {Org} on Everdone page, confirm the organization name.

3. Fill in First name* and Last name*.

4. Create a Password* (minimum 8 characters). Use the eye icon to show/hide if needed.

5. Click Create account & join.
   Your account is created and the organization is added to it.

Troubleshooting

1. Form won’t submit / validation errors

   • LikelyCause: A required field is empty or the password is too short.

   • Action: Complete First name, Last name, and ensure the Password is 8+ characters, then submit again.

2. Invite can’t be verified after sign-up
