How do I view Access logs in Security?

Last updated on Oct 15, 2025

Short Answer:
Open Settings > Security, then click Access logs to view recent login events (columns: Date, User, Action, IP address, Location).

Prerequisites

  1. Be signed in to Everdone

  2. Have access to Settings in the left sidebar

Steps

  1. Sign in to Everdone.

  2. In the left sidebar, open Settings > Security.

  3. Click the Access logs tab.
The table appears with Date, User, Action, IP address, Location.

  4. Review the rows; use pagination to see older entries if needed.

Troubleshooting

  1. I don’t see “Security” in the sidebar

    • LikelyCause: Not signed in or missing permission to access Settings.

    • Action: Sign in and verify your role; ask a workspace admin for access if required.

  2. Access logs show no rows

    • LikelyCause: No recent events or the page hasn’t fully loaded.

    • Action: Check your network and refresh. If still empty, confirm recent activity or check again later.

Note: Access logs are paginated. Hover tooltips on the Action column (if available) provide brief explanations of each event.
