Steps

Click "Share" in the page header.
The "Share test cases" modal opens. -
Under "Document access", select the "Public" option.
It indicates: "Anyone with the link can view. No login required." -
Click "Save" to apply the change.
The document is now set to public access. -
Optionally, click "Copy link" to copy the public URL.
The shareable link is copied to your clipboard.
Troubleshooting

External users still cannot view the test case.
Likely Cause: The document is still set to "Private" or changes were not saved.
Action: Reopen "Share", ensure "Public" is selected, click "Save", then copy and resend the link.

Recipients are asked to sign in even after sharing.
Likely Cause: The link was copied before switching to "Public".
Action: Set access to "Public", click "Save", then copy the link again.
Note: Public mode means "Anyone with the link can view. No login required."
