Steps

Click the "Share" button in the top-right of the Test cases page.
The "Share test cases" modal opens. -
In the modal, type your teammate’s email into the "Enter email address" field.
The email is added to the input. -
Use the role dropdown next to the email (default: "Member") to select the appropriate role.
The invitee appears under "People with access" with the selected role. -
Set "Document access" to either "Private" or "Public".

Private: Only invited team members can access

Public: Anyone with the link can view

Click "Save" to apply changes or "Copy link" to share a URL.
The access list updates, or the link is copied to your clipboard.
Troubleshooting

Cannot add an email or "Save" fails.
Likely Cause: Invalid email format or insufficient permissions.
Action: Enter a valid email, remove duplicates, or contact your workspace administrator.

Shared users cannot access the link.
Likely Cause: Document is still set to "Private" or users are not added.
Action: Set access to "Public" (if allowed) or add users under "People with access", then click "Save".
Note: The access list shows current users and roles (for example, Admin, Member, Owner).
