Steps

Click the checkbox to the left of a test case row to select a single case.
The checkbox fills (blue) and the row is marked as selected. -
To select multiple cases, click the checkbox for each row you want.
Multiple rows will show selection indicators. -
To select all visible cases, click the header checkbox at the top-left of the table.
A banner appears showing the total selected (for example, "2 test cases selected" or "154 test cases selected"). -
To clear the selection, click the "X" in the selection banner.
The selection clears and the banner disappears.
Troubleshooting

Checkboxes don’t appear or cannot be clicked.
Likely Cause: The page is still loading or the view is read-only.
Action: Wait for loading to complete or check your permissions with your administrator.

Selection count is different than expected.
Likely Cause: Filters are applied or selection is limited to the current page vs. all results.
Action: Verify whether you selected visible items or all results. Clear filters to confirm counts.
Note: Selecting multiple test cases may enable additional bulk actions. Check the selection banner for available options.
