Be signed in.
-
Have permission to change document access.
Steps
-
Click "Share" in the top-right of the Test cases page.
The "Share test cases" modal opens. -
Click the "Copy link" button in the modal.
The link is copied to your clipboard. -
To allow anyone with the link to view, select "Public" under "Document access", then click "Save".
The document is now accessible to anyone with the link, without login.
Troubleshooting
-
"Public" option is not available or has no effect.
Likely Cause: Organization or workspace-level sharing policy restricts public access.
Action: Contact your workspace administrator or owner to enable public sharing.
-
Recipients without accounts cannot view the link after making it public.
Likely Cause: Access changes may take a moment to propagate or caching issues.
Action: Wait a few minutes, then retry. Re-copy the link after saving and test in an incognito/private window.
Note: Public access means "Anyone with the link can view. No login required."
