Short Answer: Click the issue row or the right-chevron (>) at the end of a row to open that issue's details page.
PreRequisites
-
Open the repository Issues page.
-
Be signed in if required to view detailed information.
Steps
-
Locate the issue you want in the list (each row shows title, file tag, status, and assignee).
You can see the issue row and the right-chevron (>) affordance. -
Click anywhere on the issue row or click the right-chevron (>) at the row end.
The issue detail view opens (the detailed view may include full description, code snippet, comments — detail screen is not included in this flow). -
If the detail view doesn’t open, ensure the page isn’t mid-scan (look for “Reviewing … files”) and try again.
The issue detail page opens successfully. -
Use your browser Back button to return to the issue list when done.
You return to the same list/page where you started.
Troubleshooting
-
Clicking the issue row does nothing.
Likely Cause: The page is still loading, a repository scan is in progress, or you lack permission to view issue details.
Action: Wait for the top progress banner to finish, refresh the page, or sign in if required.
