Open the repository to reach the Repo Level View.
You see the repository header and repo-level navigation. -
Open the PR issue list for that repository (the repository navigation or header opens the PR / issue list).
The PR issue list (rows of PRs/issues) is displayed. -
Click a PR or issue title from the list.
The Issue Level View for that PR/issue opens. -
Use the Issue Level View to review code, comments, and metadata.
Code snippets, discussion, and review controls are visible.
Troubleshooting

The PR issue list is empty.
LikelyCause: There are no PRs/issues for this repository or an active filter is hiding items.
Action: Check the repository selection, clear filters in the PR issue list, or confirm PRs exist on the repository branch. -
Clicking a PR/issue does nothing.
LikelyCause: You may not be signed in, you lack repo access, or there’s a temporary network error.
Action: Confirm you’re signed in, refresh the page, and verify you have permission to view the repository.
Note: If the list looks empty, check for filters or try selecting a different repository.
