You confirm the file is currently in an active review. -
If you need to proceed immediately, uncheck that file and run review for other files, or wait for the current review to finish to regenerate the file later.
You avoid duplicate requests for the same file.

Action: Wait for the in-progress run to finish; the UI notes “Review for this repository is in progress. You can start a new run once it is completed.”
