1. Hover the file status to reveal the tooltip 'Review already available for this file.'
   You confirm that an existing review is available for that file.

2. Decide whether to include that file in your run (keeps the existing review available) or exclude it if you want a fresh/regenerated review later.
   Your selection matches whether you want to reuse the existing review or regenerate when allowed.

Troubleshooting

1. You expected a new review but see the existing one.
   LikelyCause: A prior review run already produced results for that file.
   Action: Exclude the file from this run and re-run later, or wait until regeneration is permitted.

Note: The UI distinguishes files with existing reviews vs files that still need a review via tooltips.
