How do I check a connector's status and last synced time?

Last updated on Oct 16, 2025

Short Answer:
Open Settings > Connectors and check the Status and Last synced columns. For details, open GitHub account details to see the connection status and timestamp.

Prerequisites

  1. Open Settings > Connectors

Steps

  1. Go to Settings > Connectors.
    The Connectors table appears.

  2. In the connector’s row, review Status (e.g., Connected) and Last synced (timestamp).

  3. For more detail, click the details/document icon to open GitHub account details and view Status and Last synced in Connection details.

Troubleshooting

  1. Status is not connected or “Last synced” is old

    • LikelyCause: Authorization was revoked or the connector hasn’t synced recently.

    • Action: Click the sync icon to run a manual sync, or re-connect the account if authorization was removed.

Note: The Last synced timestamp reflects the most recent successful sync for that connector.
