Where can I see my current Wallet balance?

Short Answer:
Open Settings > Billing, then select Wallet & top-up — your Wallet balance appears at the top of the page.

Prerequisites

  1. Be signed in

  2. Have access to Settings > Billing

Steps

  1. In the left navigation, click Settings, then select Billing.

  2. Click the Wallet & top-up tab.

  3. At the top of the page, find Wallet balance and view the current amount (e.g., $0.00, $50.00).

Troubleshooting

  1. I don’t see “Wallet & top-up” or “Wallet balance.”

    • LikelyCause: Missing billing permissions or the UI didn’t fully load.

    • Action: Confirm you’re signed in to the correct account, reload the page, or ask an organization admin to grant Billing access.

Note: The Wallet balance is displayed as a currency amount under the Wallet balance heading on the Wallet & top-up tab.
