Can you explain the Date, Invoice Number, Amount, Status, and Action columns?

Last updated on Oct 15, 2025

Short Answer:
These columns display invoice details: Date (issue date), Invoice number (ID), Amount (charge or credit), Status (e.g., Paid), and Action (download the invoice file).

Prerequisites

  1. Open Settings > Billing > Invoices

Steps

  1. Open the Invoices tab to view the table header.

  2. Date — When the invoice was issued (e.g., 2 Apr 2025).

  3. Invoice number — The unique invoice ID (e.g., 33545433).

  4. Amount — The monetary value; negative values indicate credits/refunds (e.g., $10.00, -$25.00).

  5. Status — Payment state (e.g., Paid).

  6. Action — Click the download icon to retrieve the invoice PDF.

Troubleshooting

  1. Amount shows a negative value

    • LikelyCause: Credit, refund, or adjustment.

    • Action: Download the invoice from Action to review line items; check Billing details for credits.

  2. Status isn’t “Paid” and download isn’t available

    • LikelyCause: Invoice is unpaid or processing.

    • Action: Verify your payment method in Billing and review recent payments in Wallet & top-up.

Note: Column names and example values (e.g., Paid) reflect what appears in the Invoices table.
