Short Answer:
Go to Settings > Billing > Wallet & top-up. In Payment method, select the radio button for a saved card or choose Pay via another card, then click Add funds.

Open Settings > Billing and select Wallet & top-up.

In Payment method, choose a saved card by clicking its radio button, or select Pay via another card to use a new card.

Enter the top-up amount and click Add funds.
The selected payment method is charged.
Troubleshooting

My saved card doesn’t appear

LikelyCause: No card is saved for this account.

Action: Select Pay via another card and enter a new card to complete the top-up.

Card selected but the charge failed

LikelyCause: Issuer restrictions or a processing error.
