I can't invite, edit, re-invite, or remove members — what should I check?

Short Answer:
Make sure you’re signed in, on Settings > Team, and that the action buttons/icons are visible. If they’re missing, reload the page and verify your permissions with an organization admin.

Prerequisites

  1. Be signed in

  2. Open Settings > Team

Steps

  1. Confirm you’re on the Team page and can see the member list and the Invite member button.

  2. Check the Actions column for the specific control you need (Invite, pencil Edit, envelope Re-invite, trash Delete).

  3. If actions are missing or don’t work, confirm with your organization admin that your account has member-management permissions.

Troubleshooting

  1. Action buttons/icons are missing

    • Likely cause: Insufficient permissions or the page didn’t fully load.

    • Action: Reload the page. If still missing, ask your account owner/admin to confirm your permissions.

  2. Actions trigger errors or do nothing
