How do I re-send an invitation to a member?

Click the envelope icon in the member’s Actions, confirm the email in the dialog, then click Re-invite.

Prerequisites

  1. Be signed in

  2. Open Settings > Team

  3. The member’s Status is Pending or Expired

  4. You have permission to manage team members

Steps

  1. On the Team page, find the member with Pending or Expired status and click the envelope icon in Actions.
    The Re-invite member confirmation dialog opens.

  2. Verify the email shown in the dialog: “Are you sure you want to resend the invitation link to [email]?”
    Ensure the recipient email is correct.

  3. Click Re-invite to send a new invitation link.
    The dialog closes and the invite is re-sent to the displayed email.

Troubleshooting

  1. Recipient still doesn’t receive the invite

    • Likely Cause: Spam filtering or incorrect email.

    • Action: Ask the recipient to check spam/junk and safelist your domain. Confirm the email is correct; if not, remove the member entry and send a new invite to the correct address.

  2. Envelope icon not available

    • Likely Cause: Member is already Active, or re-invite isn’t applicable.

    • Action: Check the Status column. Only Pending or Expired members typically show the re-invite action.

  3. Clicking “Re-invite” does nothing

    • Likely Cause: Temporary network or session issue.

    • Action: Refresh the page and try again, or sign out and back in.
